Our standard
Every install we deliver includes a real Manual J load calculation, nitrogen-purged brazing on line sets, a 500-micron evacuation before charge, and a documented commissioning report handed to the homeowner before we leave.
Every diagnostic uses digital combustion analysis, refrigerant pressure gauges, static pressure measurement across the coil, and amp draw on the compressor and blower. We don't guess.
Every technician is a full W-2 employee. Background checked, drug tested, and NATE-trained. We never subcontract residential work.

Lead Technician & Founder
Marcus founded ArcticAir in 2011 after 18 years turning wrenches on residential and commercial systems across the Valley. He still walks every install checklist himself and personally trains new hires on Phoenix-specific rooftop work. On weekends you'll find him restoring a '72 Ford pickup with his son.
Senior Install Specialist, NATE-certified
Sofia leads our replacement crews on jobs from Cave Creek to Ahwatukee. NATE-certified for 12 years, she trains every technician on the two-stage and variable-speed systems we install today, and she's the reason our line-set brazing is the cleanest in the Valley. Before sunrise she's trail running in the McDowell Sonoran Preserve.
Comfort Advisor & IAQ Specialist
Dave has been in HVAC since 1998 and moved into indoor-air-quality specialization after a decade in the field. He designs IAQ packages for allergy-sensitive families and asthmatic kids, and he's the person homeowners actually want walking through their system with them. Off the clock he's coaching his daughter's Little League team in Deer Valley.
